From our dialogue as an organization, we list out three alternatives which are maintaining romance in organization, alert to the potentially damaging facet of organizational politics, and also aiding team norms and corporate culture. From these alternatives, maintaining relationship in corporation is the best alternative to decrease the organizational politics and also can reduce turmoil within the team.
