Organisation contain another course of power which can be said as counter organisation, that may be seen in the form of labour unions which can be made to keep check on organisation and make sure that profit hungry organisation don't exploit them. Such counter organisations are needed to be handled with great care. It could be said informal organisations are made by the folks of organisation to satisfaction of their ethnic needs and a feeling of personal identification and personal that belong. MASLOW THOERY OF MOTIVATION

Why i am using this Maslow's theory to reflect on my behaviour in group situations. This theory comes under content theories of motivation. There is significant romantic relationship between behavior and motivation especially between group and people. Motivations of group have a significant impact on specific behavior likewise the desire of a person might have serious effect on group.

Abraham Maslow theory was suggested by Dr. Abraham Maslow in 1943, this theory is basic overview of real human drive. Regarding to Maslow individual needs are set in a hierarchy, and everyone must fulfill their basic needs before they can gratify their higher needs. The needs at the lower level are the most elementary. These basic needs must be fulfill well before a person might become nervous about the higher needs like physiological needs, security needs, security needs, interpersonal needs, regulation and devotion, esteem needs. These needs must be satisfied before a person can action unselfishly. He called these needs "deficiency needs. " As long as we are encouraged to gratify these craving, people are moving toward progress, self-actualization, gratifying needs is healthy, which preventing gratification makes us tired or take action evilly.

Gareth Morgan shows that employees are people with complex needs that must definitely be satisfied if they are to lead perform effectively in a work place. Employees perform best when they are determined by task, which will earn them some compensation that satisfies their personal needs. Abraham Maslow's theory of inspiration most generally famous as hierarchy of needs claims that human being needs when established in form of hierarchy, ascending from most affordable to the highest, when need at lower level gets completed, the need at next level servers to be always a motivator. Maslow divided human being needs into five main categories such as physiological which include basic needs for sustaining life like food, water, shelter and sleeping.

Social Needs

Social needs include owed, love and devotion. Maslow considered these needs to be less basic than physiological and security needs. Human relationships such as friendships, love, passionate attachments and young families help fulfil this need for companionship and popularity, as doe's participation in public, community or religious groups.

Security Needs

Security needs include safety and security. Security needs are important for survival, however they aren't as challenging as the physiological needs. Types of security needs add a desire for regular employment, medical health insurance, safe neighbourhoods and shelter from the surroundings.

Physiological Needs

A physiological need is low needs. Included in these are the standard needs that are vital to survival, like the need for water, air, food and sleep. Maslow believed that these needs will be the most basic and instinctive needs in the hierarchy because all needs become secondary until these physiological needs are achieved.

Maslow was appropriate when he said that one need must be satisfied before we can move to the next one. Without sufficient amount sleep I wouldn't have the ability to think of nothing but sleep. Also easily am hungry food would be the only thing on my mind. But because everyday I fulfill these basic needs I am able to think about other things because these needs are no longer handling my thoughts. Not only Command but also drive In order to sleep tonight I have to complete my process of presentation before sleep. I need to fulfill my physiological need that is to sleep in time. I should complete the presentation before night
