Abstract- To encourage cleanliness drive by using technology to promote proper use and maintenance of garbage cans by providing location specific details using a GPS and feedback about garbage disposal facilities and a step of progress for "Swacch Bharat Abhiyan".

All around the world, the entire world is taking a take note of of India's financial growth. However, we should acknowledge, if there is any aspect in which India or Indians have not moved onward - or relocated very sluggishly, - is in the field of environmental cleanliness and caring for the environment.

If we look around, garbage and litter is everywhere you go. Nobody seems to care about the throw away, and how exactly we dispose of it. If anything, we enhance the garbage that has already been abundant in the open and is also everywhere. Littering a cheap glass on the road-side, after we done using it, is typical. No one realize anything wrong with it. Throwing our throw away on the street, and right outside our own house is an integral part of the daily regimens.

Evidence suggests that all drinking water and sanitation improvements are cost-beneficial in every growing world subregions. In addition, India is a land of social heritage and wealthy history. Tourism generate about 6. 6% of India's GDP and 39. 5 Mil Indians are straight used in this sector. Travel and leisure can generate occupation for 5% of India's people i. e. 62. 5 Mil people. It offers potential to create 23 Million additional job opportunities or 2. 3 Cr people will get job. We can make all the improvement, we can make all the economical strides alongside the rich nations, but we can only just go up to now if we are ornamented by the smelly dirt hemorrhoids and garbage. Financial and monetary breakthroughs are good. However, along the way, what we actually need is an alteration inside our mentality to care for our environment, to look after our own area. The first activity of the application, shown in Fig (3) includes two image keys and one button for reviews. The first image button captioned as "Tap to Make" redirects the user to the complaint submission location information gatherer activity. Another image button captioned as "Tap for garbage bins" redirects the user to the positioning page that will automatically detect the location of the user and shows the nearby bins located nearer to him/her. The third button redirects an individual from the application form to the browser where the consumer needs to fill his/her unique id and the contact number documented with the id to be able to fill up the opinions form.

2. When the user clicks the button captioned as "Tap to mark", shown in Fig (3), the user will be redirected to the current activity that will load a Google Map to get started with. The unique complaint identification and contact amount pair is used as a verification treatment so that not anyone can fill random feedback forms and only the unique user who filed the complaint is allowed to fill the feedback. After answering the questions using the options provided the user can also add comment or recommendations with a predefined figure limit. The responses submitted by the user will be used to boost the quality of the services offered.

6. This is actually the administrator side application which is meant to be utilized by the machine administrator. The application when opened up first will prompt the location services settings like the one shown in Fig (2) on the phone so that the user turns on the Gps unit assistance on the device. This will help in getting a much better location accuracy in comparison with network provided services. The first activity of the application form contains two image switches as show in Fig(8). The first image button is captioned as "Tap to find issues" that will take the administrator to another activity that will load the grievances documented nearer to the location of the device of the administrator. The administrator's device must be close to the registered location of the problem in a predefined range to be able to remove the grievance marker from the map. The next image button is captioned as "Tap to add new bins" which will take the administrator to the experience that may add coordinates of new bins to a data source.

7. On clicking the image button captioned as "Tap to find complaints", shown in Fig (8), the administrator will be redirected to the activity[Fig (9)]. The activity will weight a Google map activity that will contain a location allowed button at the top right place and on tapping this button the code running in the background will get the location coordinates of an individual. On clicking on the "find" button the code jogging on the background thread will hook up to the data source which stores the signed up complaints and retrieve the complaints near to the administrator's device. The administrator needs to service the complaint and then touch on the grievance to see the complaint id that your administrator needs to use in order to clear the marker of the problem from the map. The administrator's device must be in a predefined range from the complaint to be able to eliminate the grievance marker from the map.

If the administrator clicks the second image button on the introduction activity of the application, shown in Fig(8) captioned as "Tap to add new bins" the administrator will be redirected to this current activity. Once the administrator adds a fresh garbage bin, he/she must use this current activity to be able to add a new garbage bin on the map. This activity includes two text fields where the administrator must enter in the coordinates of the newly added bin and press post button in order for the backdrop thread jogging within the application to add the moved into coordinates in the databases [Fig (10)].
