Search using the Search Card in the Bill section

The Information Bank Bills includes texts of bills that are at various stages of the legislative process, as well as all the materials necessary to get a complete picture of the status of bills at the moment. For each bill, a passport of the draft law containing information on the results of its consideration is prepared and included in the information bank.

The search section of the Bills section (Figure 6.32) consists of the following named fields:

& Topic; is a single thematic classifier based on the classifier of legal acts approved by Presidential Decree No. 511 of March 15, 2000;

Document Type - names of document types (bill, passport of the bill, protocol, etc.);

Who is prepared - names of subjects of legislative initiatives that have introduced the bill, or bodies that have prepared other documents;

Date - specific dates and the range of dates of preparation (acceptance) of documents, as well as dates corresponding to different stages of the legislative process;

Number - official document numbers;

Document name - words found in document names;

Document text - words and combinations of words that are combined with different logical conditions found in document texts;

"Legislative Processes Steps" - list of stages of the legislative process for documents that are passports of bills;

When received - date and date range for entering documents into the database;

Documents Pencils is a hierarchical list of all document folders created by the user.
