In the Word editor, you can create shaped text - a graphical object with text content that can be edited. The application is invoked with the Insert, Text, WordArt. command (see Figure 5.15) and creates a figured text ( English, art - art).
After selecting the text design option, the text of the inscription itself is entered in the window, its font and size is specified. Figure text and one hundred format are adjusted with -

The power of the WordArt panel, whose buttons change the text, format, geometry of the bends, rotate the object and text, align the letters (Figure 5.19).
The text that is entered in the Change Text, window turns into a figured text in the document.
Drawings Word refers to images created in a graphics program, bitmaps from a graphic file, scanned images and photos, and clip art ClipArt from the Microsoft Office collection. Inserting a picture is done using the Insert, Picture, command, then the source for inserting the picture is indicated. To change the pictures, use the Image Adjustment called from the context menu when selecting a picture. Tools allow you to adjust the boundaries of the picture, its chroma, contrast, brightness, scale, format, perform trimming.
Moving graphic objects in a document. A graphic object is bound to a paragraph of text or to a specific page location. The object can be shifted horizontally, vertically, transferred to another paragraph or to another page. Before moving an object in its format, you must cancel the Set Binding, condition if it has been set before.
Resize shapes - hook the shape markers with the mouse pointer while pressing the left button and stretch (compress) the borders but perimeter. The line is stretched beyond the end markers, the rectangle and the ellipse - by the corner markers or the middle marker of each side.
Selecting a shape with the help of markers and making changes is done with the mouse pointer: a) stretch or compress; b) turn; c) move.
Rotate the selected shape - hook the marker on the rotation lever (Figure 5.20).
Move the shape - hook the border between the markers spread out the mouse pointer with the left button pressed and shifted. Shift of the clicked figure is possible and the navigation keys (with arrows) to the left, right, up, down.

On another sheet and in another document, move or copy the shape with Cut (Copy ) and Paste.
Delete the selected shape with the text - be sure to click on the border of the inscription, so that the inscription does not have a cursor, and delete it with the Delete.
Clicking the right mouse button on the graphic object allows you to select the command to edit it from the context list.
Graphic objects are desirable to have a trace or near a paragraph related to them. For large sizes, the drawing and the table are placed on a separate sheet following the first mention.
Word allows you to insert a picture, an inscription, a table, a diagram directly into the text, but in this case the signature can be made only by selecting the position of the object between the paragraphs (top and bottom flow) or grouping the caption and drawing.
An object that should be wrapped around the text with the position in the center but the right or left edge and have a signature is recommended to be inserted in the inscription or cell of the table.
Inserting a picture into an inscription . Give the command Insert , Inscription and next to the desired paragraph, expand the border of the inscription with the mouse, then paste the picture from the file or copy it from the open program window at the cursor location in the label. Set the flow around using Format, Caption, Position, Wrap - around, Horizontal alignment - Left (Center, Right) ) or Optional, Wrap, Top and from below.
You can align the position of labels, frames, tables, drawings with the Outside parameter relative to the page (field, column) to place the object on the outer edge of an even or odd page in a two-way spread in mock-ups of books, brochures, newspapers.
Inserting a picture into a table. Create a table: put the cursor at the end of the paragraph of the text and give the Insert, Table command with one column and two lines. In the upper cell, insert a picture from the file or copy from the window of the open program. In the lower cell, give the name (signature) of the picture. The boundaries of the table should be turned off completely or from the bottom of the cell. Use the Table Properties command to set Wrap, by selecting the option.
It is necessary to distinguish between selecting a drawing (object) - by clicking on the drawing (markers will appear around the perimeter of the picture), marking, auto-figures - clicking just along the border line, selecting a table. After selecting the desired object, you can remove the borders by making them invisible by clicking Borders with the Format, Borders (Outline) command.
The overlapping order of overlapping shapes on each other (the order on different layers or with respect to the text) can be changed if the pushed or drawn out shape is selected and given the Order.
Grouping is the combination of several graphic objects together into a single object for processing, moving and binding to text. It is necessary to hold the Shift key and select the figures one by one with mouse clicks on the borders or click the Select Objects button and hold down the left mouse button and circle several graphic objects with the dotted rectangle. Then right-click on the command Group. Such an object is easily scaled, does not creep into the component auto-figures, is firmly held in the text. It can be cut and pasted through a special insert as an unchanging pattern, for example, in a prepared new inscription. The grouped shapes can be selected later by clicking and Ungroup.Pages, Headers, Footers
Splitting text into pages. When you enter text according to the settings of the page, the text automatically continues on the next page. To force the text to be divided into pages, the Insert, Break command is used. You can set the start of a new page, column, line. The beginning of a new section can be set on the current, new, even and odd page. To arrange page numbers, the Insert, Page Number, command provides the numbering of pages from any number and its location on the page.
Footer - the header data of the book (parts of books) placed above the text of the page or at the bottom of the page. The reference line above the text of the page can indicate: the section of the book, the author of the article, the initial letter or syllable in the dictionary or encyclopedia. The footer helps the reader navigate and search the publication. To enter a footer, use the Page Layout, Column -command,

titles. The cursor is installed in the header and the header/footer panel appears with buttons for managing and formatting header and footer content (Figure 5.21).
Printing documents. A document prepared in a word processor can be sent to print using the File, Print command. In the dialog box, select the printer and specify the pages to print, the number of copies to be printed, the copy scale, and other printing options. You can see the type of document before printing.
