Sorting the list of documents
The program provides the ability to sort the list of found documents. At the moment, the following types of sorting are implemented: by date of adoption, by date of change and complex.
Sort by adoption date allows you to build documents in descending order of the dates of acceptance of documents present in the list. Thus, at the top of the list are the most "new" documents.
Similarly, sort by date of change, as a result of which the documents are arranged in descending order of the date of creation of the edition of documents. If the document has not changed, then the date of its adoption is used for sorting by the modification date.
Complex Sort allows you to place at the top of the list the basic documents for the generated query documents. The degree of importance of the document is assessed by experts on a special methodology. First, the documents are ordered according to the legal force. Secondly, in the group of documents of the same legal force, the rank of the document on financial and economic topics will be higher than the rank of the document on another topic. For example, in the list of all codes, the Tax Code has the highest rank. All other documents are arranged in descending order of the date of their acceptance. At the same time, the list of the most important documents does not contain abrogating, introductory and changing documents.
You can set the sorting of documents in the list using the button located above the list of documents (Figure 6.42) or the Sort command of the context menu.
