Such correspondence allows them time for you to change their schedules, so they can go to a function. Likewise, a personal concept is an important form of communication that can greatly assist students/confidence helping in becoming more involved with campus life. Other announcements should be put on bulletin planks in dorms or other high-traffic areas. Although conversing with students this way does require a lot of work, it is not an impossible undertaking.

Undergraduates are welcomed to the plan when they are encouraged by university student affair pros to try campus activities and in community activities. In the case of the student feeling intimidated, college student affair professionals must make a concerted work to activate students and assist them in understanding the importance of community and campus engagement.
