The plastic arts are important because it aren't simple activities of duplication of stereotypes, coloured drawing, and, decoration or filling of numbers that only thicken the work folder. But rather, plastic arts are transforming procedures of the educational job that aim at a cognitive, socio-affective and electric motor development of the guy and the lady, forming it integrally.

In simple fact, the feelings of children are essential to creativeness. Nowadays, the forming of intellectual personality in preschool children is really as important as the development artistic skills. In fact, it would appear that the attitude for the composition of poems, stories, songs, etc. is now more promising. Thus, the aesthetic interests of the kid in the appearance of the universality of any aesthetic activity that is associated with artwork should be laid back, cheerful, creative imagination, and initiative. But, the condition nowadays is the fact that teachers do not use enough methodological ways of develop fine motor unit skills in age three to four 4 years, because they work without better organization and account of the needs and rhythm of development of children. (Arias, 2013).

In conclusion, the initial education in arts where there is intensive accumulation of physical, mental, and spiritual faculties of children of 3-4 years accustomed causes good cognitive development. All students can improve if creating techniques of the plastics arts educators in first education. The execution of these arts in the Ecuadorian preschool can help with the introduction of creativity and technology. Also, educators will benefit by integrating their knowledge, as children today require an education with quality and heat, where they provide meaningful encounters that allow their detailed training.
