First week, we attended the introduction period of AMP Component given by Vincent Ong, and learnt how to create a report and how to check out the format etc from supportive tutor. After that Academic Liaison Librarian has supply the specific information about way to place the referencing in our article and module handbook of AMP was provided to all folks.
Next day activity was about the plagiarism and turnitinUK. JBK described us regarding paraphrasing and show of turnitinUK. They also helped us searching for related articles from digital catalogue. First time, I have learnt that how to put key words in advance search and obtain the journals and articles called rational research to identity and support our work.

During this week we've formed a group of 10 people as we all previously worked along so we knew each other. Something in our favor that dealing with known group associates will reduce time taken to get started on performing and knowledge of each frame of work.
Beginning of this week most of us felt fired up and optimistic. Once we received information about work we became more apprehensive, baffled and uncertain and our issue also made us very uncertain and anxious. But after two days brain storming with group people and detailed conversation with teacher reassured us, and gave us clarification and exhibited right course.
In basic we learnt that wide selection of resources and journals are available in our library; it was examined that minus the tutor direction may be we would be on the incorrect route. We also understand the importance of referencing. How to assessing and contrasting the materials from different authors and importance of writing ideas as well once we understand the value of supplementary research.
Learned about the value of the time management in task and proper referencing; may be some problem will be experienced during the job like in personal planning and in managing a group.
Learning solution in this week would end up like how to find relevant information better and learned the necessity to maintained files about daily activities of improvement.
This week, I've browse the handbooks and all material distributed by teacher. Two articles in handbook are very much ideal for understanding this issue.
Today we start our project; we have research and found 5-6 articles about target market selection and difference between B2B and B2C tactics.
Facing much difficulty in research about the relevant matter because our subject is much confusing and challenging. After two day attempting and with different key phrases as advised by tutor, we came at one point of start.
Need to understand the synthesis Main Article like how to get evidence and examine and present our own thoughts in Report. It was recommended that the key survey should be synthesis rather than descriptive.
A lot of hurdles came while searching the matters. To day I acquired some useful articles and after reading got some useful things of my requirements.
This week we had a gathering on Friday to resolve the issues regarding the understanding of issues and their key wordings for search.
This week, feeling much difficulty while reading, reviewing and looking at the articles of different creators and different factors regarding my subject and key words.
Before start writing the literature review, I must needs to understand and research the Harvard System for proper referencing. So Google it and discover and understand the many ways of putting referencing for article, publications and books such as articles with lacking date, absent author's name, with more than one or two author's work etc.
Today, I started my work on dissertation and I made a folder of my all downloaded article and took the printing and read two of these then make the synthesize point from them
I have been began my work from books review which is the key body of the report where we must put our capacity to make a quality of work there. I wrote my synthesis point from two articles.
This week we had a 2nd reaching on Friday to resolve the issues regarding the understanding of subject areas and share ideas as well as searched article with the other person also our job administrator send us some useful issue related to appealing tender of scientific solutions.
I have decided to divide might work chapter wise as guided us by our AMP component Planner. So we come the point that work should be start from literature review section.
Today I acquired my result; I put passed my in all modules. Because of Almighty GOD.

In our meeting we talked about about the difference between E-business and E-commence, it found about a comprehensive reading that e-commence is from the B2B and e-business is linked with B2C. This week I was not able to work on my report anticipated to my some personal proposal plus some family issues so I was out of place.
This week, I began to understand and revise some articles and documents on tendering. As I need to recognize that how to request the tender for technical and software alternatives.
Issues appear while writing on welcoming tenders for technical solution. Because invitation of tenders for complex and non technical solution are much puzzling and related work. But feel like interesting as I am getting the new know-how and skills in this new region of tendering. I don't have any connection with reading such type of documents.
As I used to be caught on the step of welcoming tender so today I consulted with the team innovator of our group so she help me out in understanding of this specific point that what are the key requirement for welcoming the tenders as I was thinking on the format like this regarding tendering but she solved my issue and directed some articles for books review related to this. She is quite definitely helping person and nice woman and she should be a good team leader in future.

Another issue that we was facing that in the majority of tendering article there is no proper author or researcher name. Mainly the company and organizational name are stated while inviting tender for the technical or software solutions.

This week I've made my last schedule and split the times till final review of report and the way to close my work within the month of august.
Understand and learnt about the use of indexing in table of contents in MSWord; how to use the correct referencing.
This week I found with my one of the group member in LRC and talked about about the e-book refereeing and how many references we can use and whether mostly should be journal's articles and may be from anytime else? So she recommended that we should email to Peter Godwin as well as we get some information from LR guide or referring within digital library. After that we mentioned about recommendations on subject. Should we need to suggest or put some recommendation related to our kind of work?
This week, I acquired the right article but this is my targeted week in my time table to finish all the books review and writing. And should be emphasis and emphasized on the synthesis, research and evaluation of the statement in last 3 week.

Personal feelings and learning from the experience
Research work is absolutely quite definitely interesting but time consuming. I spend my cool hours and hours on this record and this work should be helpful and very much supportive for my future work and learning as of this level and above this. Meetings and regular Google chat and email exchange about AMP record work, experiences and discourse with group members. Some major issues were come in the front while critiquing the books like comparison of most researchers and writers work regarding my subject. Since it is noticed that all researcher centering the similar concern that affecting the operation while moving to B2C market and advises the same requirement and key account for outsourcing operations. WHEN I was getting the first time experience as of this level of literature review and work but it was much interested and proficient effort for me personally. I enjoy a great deal with my work and feel much happy at this time and acquired much knowledge from last three month efforts. Group Dynamics and Learning from the experience
Here I have to mention a very important factor that my current AMP group associates are not fresh new customers. We were having same group in all our previous course work. So we were much comfortable with the other person and knew each other mindset and algorithm of work. And we understand the group dynamics and tasks. As a whole I didn't feel any problem in my use my people. Since I got linked with my group participants all the time 24/7 through email, mobile and everything the group participants were much content with my contribution and with my quick response on any concern related to our work. I match my all tasks that were given by our team leader. Out supervisor consultancy was quite definitely helpful for us regarding the understanding the genuine topic and exactly how to search the relevant materials from digital collection. He have very level better to solve our issues. I learned that the group work is very much indeed effective and ideal for this kind of big jobs as the work is distributed and every member come up with good and various ideas and knowledge. Plus the project will meet the deadlines very easily.
Lessons for the future Projects
The lesson learned dairy was maintained to be able to bring all the lessons mutually that we learnt during the dissertation work, which is the guideline for other future projects. The weekly diary was updated whenever I've learned one thing new during the project whether it was positive or negative lesson. From experience with the correct management of work commence to end and all the group participants assistance; many positive and good lessons was discovered for future assignments. Such as regular meetings, time management and good communication with users will motivate up our improvement. With a good time management, we now have lots of time for quality review and correction prior to the deadline.
I learnt quite definitely from group work experience as it can help me out in increasing good management skill and also to achieve the objectives according to prefix quality standards within enough time constrains through the planning and good control especially at first stage. Finally, my project was successfully done with the mercy of Almighty God and the similar contribution of most associates at there level best and my moms' prayer was beside me all the time. At the end, I thought that good management skill and supportive job head as well as enough support from the supervisor in AMP Week were the reasons for no major issues, hurdles, and deviations from the trail. As good management and clear communication helped out greatly to prevent the likely issues and issues as every team members were aware of their own deadlines and their own responsibility. I must appreciate this new approach to self saving of our daily work with such kind of long task which kept us on right path and lesson for time management and representation of our help future prospects. I am much content with my work at this stage and learnt a great deal for future things as this entire experience of UK changes my lifestyle and it was the lifelong learning for me personally.
