Many people, including myself, have no idea where to begin when determining a profession path or course of study to follow. The StrengthsQuest diagnosis tool utilizes new theories in positive mindset and strengths structured development to try to realize ancient philosophies today. I conducted research expecting to find out about the ideas behind the StrenghtsQuest assessment and also about my studies and exactly how they relate with my future planning. I've found that my own strengths are extremely much in line with my pursuits and future job possibilities.

Upon completing the StrengthsQuest diagnosis, a report was generated revealing my personal top five talents with explanations and types of each. Looking again with this new knowledge, it becomes visible that these abilities have been exercised throughout my life. Examples of each come to mind without much trouble. Growing up, but still to this day, I am fascinated by history. I have visited numerous museums, forts, battlefields, and other historical sites. Several times growing up I found that curiosity given birth to form my learner talent was an enabler of procrastination and a distraction from completing important research or home work promptly. My deliberative and analytical talents make it problematic for me to make decisions sometimes, choosing a significant to go after in college or university is a best example. Finally, my achiever ability drives accomplishment, which is great as i attain things. However, after i am less successful, or when efforts take longer than expected, this expertise can cause me to feel down on myself.
As I mentioned earlier, I plan to pursue a diploma and ultimately a job related to history. While I've not exhaustively analyzed every possible career course related to the field of background, I do consider the field of analysis truly likes and dislikes me. I will use the info I have discovered from taking the StrengthsQuest examination to help focus my plans for advanced schooling and another career.
