The main factors of acceleration and inhibition of innovation processes

Innovation process is an ever-changing combination of different types of creative work, united by a special organization and management and having a single target orientation to receive innovations with a set of functions. Thus, as the main factors of its dynamics, one can first of all consider the elements of labor, its motivation, resource equipment, organization and management, competition, environmental conditions.
