The US government is the highest executive authority of the United States

The US government exercises executive power in the United States. Decrees of the Government, with the exception of resolutions containing information constituting state secrets or confidential information, are to be officially published no later than 15 days from the date of their adoption, and, if necessary, their immediate public disclosure are communicated to the public without delay through the mass media without delay.
