Specifying the nomenclature specification

Here are some examples of the description of product structures characteristic of the 1C: SCP system (Figure 9.2).

The degree of detail of the technological tree depends on the user. You can create a production model in which the elements of the product structure (components, parts, semi-finished products) will be specified with any degree of detail (with a large number of levels of the technological tree).

In 1C: SCP, the structure of the manufactured product is described using a set of specifications. Each specification describes a separate technological redistribution (which may include a number of operations), one production stage, and not the entire product structure. Thus, the specification describes material consumption and material output as a result of production (performing a separate operation or a whole composition of operations) and can be represented in the conventional form shown in Fig. 9.3.

The specification also specifies the relationship with the stages of the technological route, the number of the route operations on which the materials are consumed or the products are manufactured (thus, the individual specifications will be related to each other). The specification is a certain "black box", materials are fed to its input, and products are obtained at the output. In this case, production operations themselves are not described. The steps and operations of the production process are described using the Process Map object, which will be discussed later.

Between the individual specifications, there are connections through which the exploding process is carried out (to determine the material composition of the product) in order to obtain a complete production scheme. For example, for the Bicycle the composition of the specifications and their interrelations can be represented in the form of the scheme shown in Fig. 9.4.

Purchased materials, in which the type of reproduction is specified as "purchase."

For each manufactured product, semi-finished product, a part you can specify a set of specifications, but only one is basic. The main specification is indicated in the information register (PC) Basic nomenclature specifications & quot ;. Reasoning occurs every time you need to get a technology tree, it is not stored separately in the system.

In the 1C: SCP system, there are several types of specifications: complete, assembly and node. When you start a new specification, you first need to select its appearance (see Figure 9.5).

The number of outputs of the cost items (the cost of which is calculated) in the assembly specification is only one, and in the complete specification there may be several (Figure 9.6).

As a result of the release for the complete and assembly specification, you can also specify the waste waste, their cost is specified explicitly, not automatically calculated from the cost of the components used.

For each specification, you can set the individual settings that are called by the Settings button from the command panel of the specification form.
