Technical Project

The technical design (paragraphs 21-24 of Table 1.4) should be performed:

• for engineering specialties - for the entire drive;

• not engineering specialties - only for a single-stage gear (gear or worm gear).

The general view of the drive must be carried out in the number of projections sufficient to completely represent all the drive elements, with the necessary cuts, sections.

The general view of the drive gearbox should also be carried out in the number of projections (with the necessary cuts, sections), which will ensure a complete representation of all gear elements.

Since a full package of design documentation for the gearbox is not being worked out during the course project, simplification is not allowed in the design design when developing the technical design of the reducer, except that small elements can not be omitted from the drawing: chamfers, fillets, grooves, protrusions, notches, corrugations, inscriptions on plates, etc.

On the drawing of the general view of the reducer should be:

• are shown:

- Views,

- cuts,

- sections;

• inscriptions and a text part are necessary to understand the constructive device of the reducer, the interaction of its components and the operating principle of the reducer;

• All landing dimensions are indicated with the designation of landings in accordance with GOST 25346-89 and GOST 25347-82;

• the sizes are specified:

- overall,

- interaxial with limiting deviations,

- setting with limit deviations,

- connecting with limiting deviations;

• Item item numbers are specified;

• the technical characteristics of the reducer are given;

• the technical requirements are given.

The technical design of the reducer must be made with a pencil only on drawing paper.

It is possible to make drawings on a personal computer (when using the programs LshoSAO, KOMRAYA) with the printout of the results on the printer or on the plotter.

Workflow Documentation

At the design stage Working documentation & quot ;, in accordance with GOST 2.109-73, general drawing drawings should be developed:

• Detail drawings;

• an assembly drawing with a specification;

• installation (or wiring) drawing;

• dimensional drawing;

• Packing drawing.

In the course of educational design, installation {wiring), dimensional and packing drawings are not developed.

When executing a course project from the working documentation, only (

25.26, Table 1.4):

• specification for the drive;

• Specification for gearbox;

• working drawing on the output shaft of the reducer;

• working drawing on the output wheel of the reducer (for reducers with cylindrical and bevel gears);

• Worm wheel assembly drawing (for worm gearboxes);

• specification for the worm wheel (for worm gearboxes);

• Working drawing for the bearing cover of the output shaft (with a hole for the lip seal).

The assembly drawing of the worm wheel and the working drawings of the parts must be made with a pencil only on drawing paper. It is possible to make drawings on a personal computer (using the programs Ashoshay, KOMRA5 ) with the printout of the results on the printer or on the plotter.

Worm wheel

The rules for drawing worm wheel drawings are set out in Sec. 3.3.2.4. The construction of worm wheels is discussed in Sec. ZZZ.2.5.

The tolerances of the cylindrical worm gears are given in Sec. 3.3.2.7.

Cylindrical wheel

Rules for the implementation of the drawings of cog-wheel gears are set out in Sec. 3.2.3.3.

The design of cylindrical gears of external gear is discussed in Sec. 3.2.3.4., The cylindrical internal gears - sect. 3.2.3.5.

The tolerances of the cylindrical worm gears are given in Sec. 3.2.3.7.

Conical wheel

The rules for the implementation of the drawings of the bevel gears are set out in Sec. Z.2.4.Z. The design of bevel gears is discussed in Sec. C.2.4.4.

The tolerances of the conical worm gears are given in Sec. 3.2.4.6.

Output shaft of the reducer

The drawing should show a shaft indicating the main structural elements, the shape and dimensions of which are regulated by the relevant standards:

GOST 12080-66 - ends of cylindrical shafts

GOST 12081-72 - the ends of the shafts are conical;

GOST 10549-80 - grooves for the output of a threading tool;

GOST 8820-69 - technological grooves for the exit of the grinding wheel; GOST 10948-64 - chamfers and fillets;

GOST 14034-74 - center holes;

GOST 24266-94 - the parameters of the ends of the shafts of reducers;

GOST 23360-78 - prismatic keys;

GOST 24071-97 - segmented dowels;

GOST 2.309-73 - surface roughness;

GOST 2.308-79, GOST 24642-81-tolerances of the shape and arrangement of surfaces; GOST 25346-89, GOST 25347-82 - Tolerances and landings.

On the drawing of the shaft should be given:

• all necessary views and sections;

• All the necessary dimensions;

• the legend of the bases;

• form and location tolerances;

• Roughness parameters;

• technical requirements:

- requirements for material, workpiece, heat treatment;

- indications of dimensions (dimensions for references, radii of curvatures, etc.);

- unspecified size deviations.
