Second, swollen ankle is induced by the pressure from uterine to decelerate the blood blood flow (Pillitteri, 2010). Mrs. F's ways of relieved this symptom are putting her feet on the couch when have a rest and doing some exercise to increase her blood flow.
Finally, urinating frequently happens at the first and late phases of pregnant due to the pressure of baby development from the bladder (Pillitteri, 2010). Mrs. F distributed her methods of how to reduce the symptoms that is avoiding to adopt any drink contain levels of caffeine. Mrs. F said those symptoms are bothering her at the start. However, it generally does not impact her normal life after she attempted the methods above as it is meet a part of content in Appendix II.
By getting everything, she researched online, such as Ministry of Health insurance and some other reliable websites. She also received some recommendations from her midwife.
2c. Adjustment made during motherhood by the mom and dad.

Mrs. F made a simple delivery plan as it was her first time of pregnant. Mrs. F gave breastfed her baby up to six months. Her family, friend and midwife influenced her alternatives as they told her about the great things about breastfeeding. For example, the way of feeding, the time of feeding and the amount of nourishing. She found the support very helpful as it made the breast feeding process easier.

Mrs. F breastfed her baby up to six months and she experienced painful sometimes. Each and every time when she been told the infant cry, she put her finger on the baby's lip and baby will lick mother's finger. Then, Mrs. F will know that her baby is sense hungry. When the infant felt full, he will stop sucking Mrs. F's nipple. Mrs. F told me that she implemented the signs the majority of the time and it was very useful.
4d. To select an appropriate formula
The mom should choose the correct formula because of their baby predicated on the age and allergic history. Some newborns allergic to milk power due to their body have effect with the proteins in the milk formulation. Therefore, parents should be careful when they choose formula because of their baby (Kids with food allergies groundwork, 2009).

Controlling enough time also help me to have an efficient talk with my client as she will not feel so fatigued or hasted about our conversing.
