Man treats his work and his results multidimensionally - both intellectually and emotionally. He is much more than other components, such as time spent, cherished and prone to be proud of his investment in the results of social work: utility and personal skill, "savvy". And if he "put his soul into his work" and it seems to him, then he "came out great", he feels an obvious need for the result of his work to receive a well-deserved recognition from others, especially the "significant others". After all, people of every profession have a natural ambition or, rather, pride in the fact that and how he did something - a sense of significance done. This is understandable: it is in labor that a person first of all self-affirms as a person. With special openness, this is manifested in children. So, making something amusing and beautiful, the child will certainly show his product to parents or peers, waiting for praise. If their reaction is negative, the child experiences and, with anger, can even break and throw what he just admired and in his soul was proud of his own little "I".

Wisdom says: "What is cheap is given, then little is appreciated." And little is valued not only by outsiders, but also by the subject of labor. The person is pleased with the praise for the results of labor, but the honey of praise is truly sweet only when there is no bitterness in the feeling of dissatisfaction with the results of the worker himself: he is painfully sensitive to self-esteem and grieved by unjust praise. Even children often abandon their overestimated assessments, deep down feeling that this is an act of injustice. In order for labor to be meaningful and productive, it must necessarily contain at least elements of creativity. The pride of a person is understandable when he says: "I did it, I see my special handwriting in my work". And how great is the joy of work with every creative achievement! Only labor can make a person happy, leading his soul into clarity, harmony and contentment with himself. In the Holy Scripture it says: "Whatever my eyes desire, I did not deny them; He did not forbid my heart any fun; because my heart rejoiced in all my labors; and this was my share of all my works (Ekkl., 2:10). If we resort to the ultimate generalization, then we can say that it is natural for a person to invest in his work some definite meaning. A person can not be indifferent to the results of his work: he is either full of pride in his results, or dissatisfied with them , lamenting their uselessness or poor performance. In the Holy Scripture it is said: "And I looked upon all my works that my hands had made, and the work that I did, doing them, and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of the spirit, and there is no use for them under the sun!" (Ecclesiastes, 2:11).
