At the same time, as studies of political psychologists have shown, commercial advertising and political information together form the most dangerous virtual symbiosis in the sphere of political time.

Commercial advertising is built entirely in favor of the producers of the laws of show business goods and services: it is dramatized, frankly uses all the most primitive human instincts and is designed to cause the consumer excitement - special a state of euphoria of consciousness, when a person's desire to "have completely supplant the desire to "be". The easiest way to attract the viewer is to address his hidden, depressed, unhealthy instincts rooted deep in the subconscious. If political news is interrupted by advertising, there is a psychological effect of increasing the veracity of advertising messages: impassive political reports create the effect of trust in advertising goods. Needless to say, what a huge danger is the virtual political time, if it is in the hands of unscrupulous competitors of political power? That is why the role and importance of moral imperatives in the era of the information society are increasing unusually.

The moral imperative in the virtual political dimension

The famous moral imperative of Kant - the "golden rule" morality - says: behave towards other people the way they, in your opinion, should behave towards you. This rule relates to the relationship between people, since in the pre-information era the interpersonal contacts had a decisive influence on the time and space of human existence. In the information society, when the importance of the present political time and all information about current political events in the virtual political space acquires hypertrophied significance, it should be about finding the right solutions at the social level. In this sense, one can agree with the American sociologist Amitai Etzioni, who proposes the "new golden rule" in the era of postmodernity: "Respect and maintain the moral order in society, if you want the society to respect and support your independence." Implementation of this rule implies that in the virtual political space certain ethical rules must be defined that will allow society to control the truthfulness and morality of information coming through communication channels.

However, the problem lies in the fact that today the virtual political time has become the object of uncontrolled political manipulation, which causes serious damage to the public consciousness. A well-known joke about generals asserts that they are always preparing for the battles of the past, not the next war. Today this joke is largely related to political scientists who stubbornly write about the horrors of totalitarian censorship and prohibitions of religious fundamentalism, not noticing that in the information society a new level of dangers posed by the arbitrariness of virtual permissiveness comes to the fore. We are entering a new era when virtual political time has so subordinated real time to itself that humanity has approached the creation of a purely information structure of political interactions. Information is gradually becoming the main component of our political organization, and the flows of virtual images constitute the main thread of the political structure of society. Meanwhile, our political laws, the entire system of national and international law, continue to regulate only the sphere of real political space and time, without noticing the virtual dimension of the modern world of politics.

It's time for humanity to look at its reflection in a virtual political mirror and experience the cosmic pulse of virtual political time.
