Specificity of application of knowledge of clinical psychology in various institutions

Acmeological model of the activity of a clinical psychologist

The profession of a practical psychologist with a baggage of clinical psychology is rightly considered one of the most difficult. Expanding prospects for the work of a psychologist in this area often do not have not only legal reinforcement, but also regulatory and methodological documents. Effective implementation of the social order for the position of a specialist with the education of a clinical psychologist is hampered precisely by these reasons. It should be noted that, unfortunately, the narrow specialization of the clinical psychologist of non-medical education does not receive due attention at the present time from the part of scientific figures, which certainly hinders the development of theoretical and practical recommendations.

The issue of training and retraining of clinical psychologists of non-medical education requires a complex scientifically grounded theoretical-methodological and practical solution.

The acmeogram of a practical clinical psychologist is the objective and subjective characteristics (professionally important qualities) of work.

Objective characteristics include tasks, functions (professional actions) of social and psychological problems, the results of the activity of a clinical psychologist.

Subjective characteristics are divided into role characteristics, including knowledge in the field of theory and practice, skills, abilities and subjective qualities, divided into individual and professional qualities of the clinical psychologist and acmeological invariants (detailed acmeogram of the practical clinical psychologist is presented in the appendix).

In Fig. 1 presents a general acmeogram of the activity of a practical psychologist, revealing the nature of interrelations, interdependencies, subordination of objective and subjective characteristics of the everyday work of a psychologist. In the structure of the acmeogram, an aspect that reveals the essence of the phenomenon "practical psychologist as a subject of professional activity" is highlighted, and also points out the objective conditions and factors affecting the activity of psychologists in various fields of application of psychology knowledge.

Consider some definitions and concepts that are part of the acmeogram of the activities of a practical psychologist.

Professional knowledge - is objectively necessary information about all aspects (blocks) of work of a practical psychologist, developing from common and private components in demand.

Professional skills - actions and techniques psychologist, used by him for the implementation of duties and functions in the process of activity.

Professional skills - the acquired ability of a practical psychologist to perform professional actions, techniques, specific job functions.

Specific psychological characteristics (qualities) express the formation of all components of the psyche professional - mental processes, properties, states, entities that allow him to engage in selected activities.

Professional positions, ie. a complete psychic education, including specific attitudes and orientations, a system of personal relationships and assessments of internal and external experience, reality and prospects, as well as one's own claims, realized (not realized, partially realized) in the chosen work.

Acmeological invariants - formed and used components of the structure of professionalism that determine the optimal creative potential and the highest productivity of labor regardless of the effects of external conditions and factors.

This scheme is the core of the development of an acmeogram of the activity of a psychologist in different directions of various fields of application of psychological knowledge, depending on the social order.

For an example of using the scheme, we will construct a scheme that allows us to identify the main activities of the psychologist of medical and social expertise (hereinafter referred to as the ITU) (Figure 2).

We list the main principles of the professional work of a psychologist, as well as the rules without which their observance is impossible.

1. The principle of professional competence:

- cooperation of the psychologist and client on an interested and competent basis;

- professional communication and interaction with the client;

- scientifically based professional activity of a psychologist to achieve the desired result.

2. Principle of undeliverable damage to the client:

- mutual respect of the psychologist and client;

- safety for the client of the applied model, algorithm, technology and direct techniques, techniques, techniques;

- the prevention of wrong actions of the patient.

3. The principle of impartiality:

- the adequacy of the psychological tools to the goals, conditions and characteristics of a particular client;

- the objectivity and scientific validity of the results;

- expediency and weightedness of information transmitted by the psychologist to the client.

4. Privacy Principle.

- strict accounting of the received information, up to application of the system of its coding;

- constant monitoring of the results of psychological work and limited access to them by the client and other third parties;

- the correct use of information of a psychological nature.

5. The principle of positively oriented activity:

- the focused participation of a psychologist in all aspects of the life and work of the client;

- Effective influence on the whole complex of psychological components of life and the client's activities.

The analysis of theoretical and applied literature on the problem of the activity of psychologists in various fields of application of psychological knowledge made it possible to develop a table of the general system of labor costs based on the optimality hypothesis. In Table. 1 shows the main activities of the clinical psychologist of non-medical education and the percentage of labor costs for each of them. A proportional correlation of labor costs in each direction with the activities of other psychologists is also proposed.

According to the data of the table, the greatest amount of time should be spent on psychodiagnostic research - 46%. The main tasks of psychodiagnostics are presented in Fig. 3.

The data of the table are largely dictated by job descriptions, which are developed in accordance with the goals and objectives solved by the psychologist in those or other institutions.
