Make an effort to see the tragedy 'Dangling Habagat' has dealt on some parts or moreover on some poverty-living people in the Philippines? Shop around you, shop around the earth you you live, many people faces the same situation as mentioned; being hungry, thirst, unemployment - all because of poverty. What could have caused a situation like this that occurs? Simple. Insufficient education, illness, and discrimination play a key role in leading to poverty. Those triggers can come with an immense impact on countries, continents, and additionally the Philippines itself.

Defining the idea in my own view, functionalist/functionalism is very famous and by much one of the best-known sociological perspective used for understanding the realization of the population where we live at present. Poverty as well, through diagnosis, drives one's self-esteem. When those who are in middle income(kumikita), lower-middle class(sapat), and top class(mayayaman) are being down and out, they can scrutinize people surviving in poverty - people trying around corners, trying to make ends convene when the ends come nowhere near to one another - and can feel better about themselves. In helping the indegent Filipinos to avoid anguish and despair, poverty attempts to end up like sort of medication for the culture - ensuring social functions of these who are advanced on the economic stratification scale.

Another thing is, as I've mentioned previously, poverty does motivate Filipinos to work harder than ever. When certain people stumble on the fact that they are already troubled either economically/economically, they experience levels of poverty and discover such sense of sorrow, or in other words they don't assess to take pleasure from such status; they see others existing in slums and filth, going swimming through the floods the Filipinos have confronted in a variety of locations who aspire for 'better', therefore, people who "has" then works harder, examine harder - increasing the production to ensure that they stay out of poverty.

In other words, we need to have poverty, we need to have poor Filipinos for us to have wealthy ones. If we've no poverty, there can be no rich people. Makes sense? No poor people, no wealthy people. Then how do we establish, or just how do we sort out people according to their means of living, gaining and probably producing. To cover it up, poverty must always be an essential area of the segmented division we live living in as a whole, the Philippines.

Social issues will always be complicated, moreover many-sided in ways.
