Another point is the advanced transport which reduces the time needed to travel and made going an enjoyable time. Previous, is the use of personal computers and internet in the communication, copy of information, and entertainment as well. Totally will constitute the components of a sedentary life-style. That means, high oily foods consumption and lack of exercise. Which both are brought on by fast foods, depending on high technology machines and transport, and sitting long hours before the computer.

Nowadays folks have very bad dietary patterns, especially with the fast widespread of fast food culture particularly between young people which they continue to carry on the same diet plan in their adulthood. Which means that technology may bring us luxuries, but it addittionally can cause problems. It is a matter on how the technology is used relating to him.

A lesser prevelance of excess weight is noticed among those with active exercise". (Para. 1) Pollution brought on through high technology machines and transportation plays a part in many respiratory and pores and skin diseases as well. Furthermore, Herbert et al. Should this happen then your community health will be influenced and we will be having high percentage of diseased and disabled persons. Which finally reduce individual's efficiency and development of their own neighborhoods. The simplest way for reducing the effects of these modern patterns of living is by educating people about its results on their lives. Particularly focusing in educating children as changing the way these children live will impact future generations arriving after them as well. Another part of resolving the situation is the correct use of high technology machines and advanced transportations. Such proper way means appropriate use within benefiting the humanity not influencing it and increasing the personal dependency in doing different tasks of the day. Promoting healthy life style which include proper eating, physical activity, and better way of communicating and socializing locally will have its positive impacts. Furthermore, it'll reduce the risk of getting so many diseases which cardiovascular diseases and malignancies are at the very best of them. Finally, retaining people's health is a primary goal of any country that probably would make her spend millions of dollars to accomplish it as people are the' real prosperity of a country'.
