Categories of VIP guests, features of the organization of VIP-services

In many high-class hotels it is common to group all VIP guests according to their status. Referring guests to a particular VIP status is the prerogative of the hotel management and marketing department. The number of VIP statuses can be very different (from three or more). Each status corresponds to a specific number or letter. Below are examples of benefits (privileges, bonuses) for VIP clients, depending on their status.

Example 1

Guest categories subject to the "Vip" type of service.

For the A (VIP I): heads of state (governments) and members of their families, crowned persons, heads of government delegations, presidents of major international companies:

• Meeting the guest upon arrival at the hotel by the hotel management;

• providing the guest with a higher category at a confirmed price (if possible);

• Delivery of a bottle of domestic champagne (or United States vodka) with ice in the guest room;

• presence in the room of fresh flowers in the vase throughout the stay of the guest;

• Delivery of a vase of fruit and canapes with caviar in the room on the day of arrival;

• the presence of a welcome letter addressed personally to the guest and signed personally by the general director of the hotel in the room on the day of arrival;

• the right to stay in the room after the estimated hour on the day of departure at no additional cost;

• A gift to the guest in the form of a memorable souvenir with the hotel brand name at the exit;

• Delivery to the room of a vase with pastry, tea or coffee during your stay.

For the B (VIP II): world-famous artists, directors and executives of the world's largest companies, members of governments:

• providing the guest with a higher category at a confirmed price (if possible);

• delivery of a vase of fresh fruit in the room on the day of arrival of the guest;

• delivery of a bottle of domestic champagne and a vase of fruit in the room on the day of arrival;

• the right to stay in the room after the estimated hour on the day of departure at no additional cost;

• presence of a welcome letter addressed personally to the guest and personally signed by the general director of the hotel on the day of arrival;

• a gift to the guest in the form of a memorable souvenir with a hotel brand name when leaving.

For the C (VIP III): customers staying more than 100 days in the hotel during the previous year at the time of arrival, customers who have lived in the hotel for more than 30 days at a time:

• Delivery of a fruit bowl on the day of arrival.
